Notes:

1. Eclipse was rescued from an illegal underground fight club where he was close to starving. Despite an initial display of hostility, he has since grown indifferent to the employees, except for Cadence, with whom he appears to have developed a fondness.
2. He can't speak English very well, only knowing a few words like 'please' and 'yes'. He has shown physical discomfort when speaking, but is perfectly fine writing. He has excellent and readable handwriting that is easily understandable and can write quickly when he uses two arms (A fascinating display to see, for one hand is writing the end of the sentence while the other writes the beginning).

Personality: He is charming and sweet, constantly smiling. He loves to get Cadence riled up, seeming to enjoy her lectures, as he purrs when she does so. He loves to hunt for the food himself, and has shown no interest in leaving the Compound. He seems quite content to stay indefinitely, as he has shown distress when workers tried to bring him to the outside area for Outside Time for the first time. Later questions revealed he thought they were going to kick him out.

Appearance: Resembling a naga, Eclipse has a 6-foot-long torso and a 30-foot-long tail. He exhibits a vivid palette of red, orange, and black. His face, resembling a smooth, black, plate-like surface, features two pairs of bright orange eyes adorned with fiery-red, petal-like appendages. His robust and masculine torso is shaded in muted orange with red stripes curving across his back, resembling ribs. These red designs extend down his tail, accompanied by black circles outlined with bright orange. Eclipse boasts four eyes, two arms, and scars throughout his body, evidence of claw marks from his time in illegal fighting. These scars are predominantly concentrated around his torso and tail, while bite marks are distributed across his arms and tail. His mouth is lined with sharp, yellow-stained teeth resulting from inadequate medical care. Each of his four hands ends with permanently red-stained, lethal claws, with his hands transitioning from black to orange halfway up his arms. Eclipse's scale pattern seems to blend characteristics of the Red Coral Kukri Snake and the Horned Bush Viper, appearing "fluffed out."

Warnings:

1. He has gotten attached to a small banana snake that was accidentally put into his enclosure. He treats the snake like a child, and gets antsy if anyone ever gets near the little burrow he dug for it.

2. Possesses substantial strength due to his past as a fighter.

Permissions: He is allowed free roam of the facility twice a week with supervision by a Helper. Allowed to have Outside Time 3 times a week, and can bring in anything inspected and approved by workers.

History/Info: He was extracted from an illegal fighting ring in Nepal. He was a popular fighter, with the fighting name, "Eclipse of the Heart". It was rumored that his handler/manager, Jasmine Airee, had feelings for him. It was later confirmed by Eclipse that Jasmine had confessed she was in love with him. At first, Eclipse could only write in Nepali, but after a few months he was able to perfectly replicate English. Eclipse has mentioned how he has children somewhere in the world, as he has had a handful of lovers in his life. He has told us he has existed for 40 winters, meaning he is 40 years old. Now, he spends his days sunbathing and cleaning himself in his personal small lake. He has shown that he enjoys being scolded by Cadence, riling her even more between the months of August and October, the mating season for his kind. Eclipse has revealed that is the special season for his kind, and he really likes when Cadence scolds him because she doesn't actually mean it. He has told researchers how he identifies as acesexual, as he never truly felt the need to do such a thing as mating.
